How Pet Petal is laid out

The list above is generated automatically and shows every page, collection and product currently on the site. This guide explains how those pieces fit together, so you can go straight to what you need instead of scrolling. Pet Petal sells printed pet art and keepsakes built around flowers, and the whole store follows one simple idea: every product sits in one collection by type of object, and in one collection by art style. A small number of memorial pieces also sit in the Memorial Gifts collection, so you can find them from either direction.

Beyond the shop itself there are three groups of pages. Customer care pages help you before and after you order. Policy pages hold the rules for shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations, payment and privacy. Legal pages cover terms of service and copyright. Every one of them is listed above and described below.

Shopping by type of piece

If you already know whether you want something for a window, a wall, a tree, a garden or the kitchen table, start with one of the five product collections.

Suncatchers

The Suncatchers collection holds acrylic window hangings in heart, wreath, arch, crescent moon, teardrop and panel shapes. Each comes in 6 in or 8 in. It includes a golden retriever in a peony wreath, a cat beneath a lavender arch, a line art dachshund heart, a black cat on a crescent moon, a dog and cat panel, a personalised breed and flower wreath, and the memorial teardrop that can carry a name and years.

Canvas and wall art

The Canvas & Wall Art collection brings together square, portrait and landscape canvas prints, an unframed poster and a wall decal. This is where to look if you are filling a wall above a sofa, starting a gallery wall or decorating a nursery. The personalised floral portrait canvas, which adds a pet name and an optional tagline, also lives here.

Ornaments

The Ornaments collection covers acrylic, ceramic, glass and wood ornaments. Shapes include rounds, hearts and a paw. Ornaments are popular for the holidays, but many people hang them on a window latch, a cabinet knob or a gift bag all year. The personalised breed and name acrylic ornament is in this collection, and so is the Forever in Bloom memorial ceramic ornament.

Memorial gifts

The Memorial Gifts collection gathers pieces for remembering a pet who has passed: a personalised floral garden stone, garden slates in packs of one to three, a plaque stake for a flower bed, a display plate with stand, the memorial teardrop suncatcher and the memorial ceramic ornament. It is a quiet part of the store. Browse it at your own pace, and come back whenever you are ready.

Home and keepsakes

The Home & Keepsakes collection covers everyday things: a mug in two sizes, a throw pillow sold as a cover or with an insert, a fleece blanket in three sizes, a ceramic jewelry dish, an acrylic fridge magnet and an acrylic desk plaque. These make easy gifts for a pet’s birthday or gotcha day, or small add-ons to a larger order.

Shopping by art style

If you care more about the look than the object, the three style collections let you see every product in one style together. Every product in the store belongs to exactly one style.

Every pet design in all three styles is an illustration of a breed, not a copy of a photo. Every piece is printed to order after you check out.

Reading a product page

Each product has its own page with an address that starts with /products/. For example, the peony suncatcher lives at /products/peony-wreath-golden-retriever-suncatcher/. On a product page you will find the photos, the price, the size or shape options, a description of the piece and the two collections it belongs to.

Five products also have personalisation fields: a breed list, a pet name field of up to 14 characters, and on some items years, a year, a tagline, a flower, an art style or a verse. A live text preview updates as you type. We do not send a proof before printing, so check spelling carefully; we print exactly what you type. The five personalised products are the breed and flower wreath suncatcher, the memorial teardrop suncatcher, the floral portrait canvas, the breed and name acrylic ornament and the memorial garden stone.

If you are unsure which size option to pick on a product page, open the size guide in a second tab. It lists every size we sell, grouped by product type, with tips on measuring a window pane or a wall.

Pages that help you before you order

• About Us explains what Pet Petal sells, how the three styles differ, how each piece is printed to order, who our pieces are for and the business identity of the shop.
• FAQs answers around thirty common questions, grouped by topic: styles, personalising, sizes, orders, shipping, returns and refunds, memorial gifts, care and privacy.
• Size Guide lists every size option in tables, explains the paper template trick and the two-thirds rule for wall art, and suggests starting sizes room by room.
• Payment Methods describes how checkout works and which methods are offered, which are the methods shown at checkout.
• Shipping & Delivery covers where we ship, how long production and transit take, and what to expect for gifts sent to another address.

Pages that help after you order

Once you have placed an order, these are the pages you are most likely to need. They are listed roughly in the order things happen.

A typical path

Suppose you order three acrylic ornaments for three cats and then notice that one name reads “Mohci” instead of “Mochi”. You would go to Cancel or Change an Order, see that you are still inside the 24-hour window, and email the correction. A week or so later you would check Order Tracking. If one ornament arrived with a problem, Returns & Exchanges explains how to send a photo and start a return, and the Refund Policy explains when the money comes back.

Getting in touch

Pet Petal offers support by email only. Two pages help you write to us.

• Contact Us gives the support address, the reply time of 24 hours on business days, a table of what to include for each topic, and the business mailing address.
• Submit a Ticket opens an email with a subject line already filled in for the topic you choose, which helps us match your message to your order quickly.

You can always write directly to [email protected]. Include your order number if you have one. Please never send card numbers or passwords by email.

Policies and legal pages

These pages set out the rules that apply to every order. They are written in plain language, and the numbers in them match every other page on the site.

• Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Photos only reach us if you email one, and they are deleted 30 days after delivery.
• Terms of Service sets out the agreement between you and Pet Petal when you use the site or place an order. The governing law is Nebraska.
• Payment Methods describes the checkout step. Sales tax is not collected at checkout.
• DMCA explains how to send a copyright notice if you believe something on the site uses your work without permission.
• Intellectual Property Policy covers how we handle concerns about designs, names and other intellectual property.

Browsing by occasion

Many visitors arrive with an occasion in mind rather than a product. These routes through the store tend to work well.

A birthday or gotcha day

Small, everyday pieces from Home & Keepsakes suit a celebration: the cat and peonies mug, the sweet pea fridge magnet or the lavender desk plaque. Add production of 1–3 business days and transit of 7–14 business days when you plan around the day itself.

The holiday season

Start in Ornaments. If the household has more than one pet, the personalised acrylic ornament can be added to the cart once per pet, each with its own breed and name. A watercolor suncatcher also makes a cheerful winter window.

A new home

Wall art and suncatchers make thoughtful house-warming gifts. If you do not know the rooms yet, an unframed poster or a fleece blanket is easy to place anywhere.

Sympathy after a loss

The memorial pieces described above are gathered in one collection, and each can be shipped straight to the person you are thinking of.

Finding memorial pieces gently

Some visitors arrive here looking for a way to remember a pet. The quickest route is the Memorial Gifts collection, which shows every memorial piece in one place. If a piece carries a name and years, such as “Luna 2012 – 2026”, the product page has the fields and a live preview. You can send a memorial gift directly to a friend by entering their address at checkout; shipping is free to all four countries we serve. Our FAQs have a short memorial section as well. There is no hurry with any of this.

Finding something quickly

If a page you expected is not in the list above, it may not exist yet, or a collection may be hidden while it has no products. In that case, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
